Working people aged over 50 and small business owners are the forgotten
people as far as the Liberal and Labor parties are concerned.
The over 50's are forgotten when it comes to
middle class welfare . Forgotten when it comes to assistance with retirement.
Forgotten when it comes to handing out billions in election bribes in the
forthcoming federal election.
Many in this age bracket have worked hard all their lives and raised families without any
government handouts except for a pittance called child endowment.
Now they are discriminated against at every turn. As they desperately try to
save for their retirement, the government penalises them for putting money into
superannuation.
Up to fifty per cent of their salary is confiscated by the government and
handed out to other demographic groups in the form of middle class welfare.
The other forgotten people are the small business owners. The crumbs thrown
to them in this election campaign are an insult.
Meanwhile the federal government has hijacked them into becoming unpaid tax
collectors for the GST. It then punishes them for not sending in the tax
collections on time.
A major source of the election billions is derived from the bloodhounds at
the Australian Tax Office. In a time of low interest rates, these bloodsuckers,
at the prompting of the government, charge a punitive interest rate of 12.5 per
cent on overdue tax payments.
Heaven help you if you are aged over 50 and a small business owner.
